Cancellation And Refund Policy
At TrueAstro, we want you to be satisfied with our astrology services. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right. Below are the terms of our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation of a service (consultation, astrological report, etc.) within 72 hours of placing your order, before the work has been initiated.
- Once our astrologer begins work on your order (preparing report, birth chart calculations, etc.), the order cannot be cancelled.
- Same-day service bookings or urgent reports are non-cancellable once accepted.
- For special promotional offers, limited-time services, or festival offers, cancellations will not be permitted.
2. Refund Policy
- If you request cancellation under the terms above, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Refunds will not include any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway or bank unless we decide otherwise.
- Refund requests must be made via email to admin@trueastro.com
- or through our customer support within the specified cancellation window.
- We will process refunds within 21 days of approving a valid cancellation request.
3. Services Not Replicable / Delivered Immediately
- For services that are delivered immediately or are non-returnable once delivered (e.g. digital reports, astrological readings, live consultations), refunds after delivery are generally not permitted unless there is a service quality issue.
- If the service you received is significantly different from what was advertised (e.g. report received has wrong birth details or missing key components), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving, and we’ll review for potential refund or redo.
4. How to Submit a Cancellation / Refund Request
- Contact our customer support at admin@trueastro.com
- with your Order ID, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation or refund.
- Please include any relevant supporting information (screenshots, emails, etc.).
- We’ll review your request, and if approved, initiate the refund within the timeframe mentioned.
5. Taxes, Shipping & Other Charges
- Any taxes (such as GST) included in the payment are eligible for refund if the goods/services are cancelled per policy.
- If any physical items are shipped (if applicable in future), shipping or courier charges (both ways) may not be refunded unless the product is damaged/defective.
6. Modifications to the Policy
- TrueAstro reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
- The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Effective Date.”
- Changes do not affect past orders or requests that were submitted under a previous version of this Policy.
